So you mean to tell me that it is completely lawful for an established government to charge, fine and imprison non citizens who come into their jurisdiction and do things they say are against the law?
Maybe Hawaii needs to build a fence?
Not sure why a federal court hasn’t been called in to stop this. Seems to violate the Constitution.
