Well, he’s right about the deciding which laws they would prosecute and which they wouldn’t. Like when they sued Arizona when Arizona started doing the Fed work of Border Enforcement. The Obama Admin let in several million illegal aliens who are now sucking off our taxpayer funded welfare and voting to get more Dems into office.

When Eric Holder (who was a domestic terrorist in his younger days and participated in an armed attack on an ROTC building) refused to prosecute Black Panther terrorists who intimidated voters with nightsticks, and who flat out said he was "refusing" to enforce the Defense of Marriage Law - did all that - the media yawned.

Pretty impressive considering Holder left office 2 months before Trump declared.
