Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., stated Friday that he doesn't support calling former President Barack Obama to testify in his review of the Russia probe because of Obama's executive privilege.

“Executive privilege” does not pertain to deliberate acts of treason which is exactly what this was.
Graham SAYS “because of executive privilege” but he THINKS “because it’s too big a political risk”.

He was never eligible to be President.
He was born with multiple nationalities.
His British subject/Kenyan father made him a British subject/Kenyan at birth.

The children of parents who are not in their own country when the child is born still bestow that nationality upon their children, that’s Ted Cruz claim to US citizenship.
He is not a natural born citizen because he also was born with multiple nationalities.
Natural born citizen are naturally citizens because they have only one nationality and can’t possibly be anything else.
The founders chose natural born citizen to preclude foreign influence on the office.
Anyone born with any other allegiance, loyalty or nationality is who they were excluding.
To be a natural born citizen you must be SOLELY an American.
No president, including Trump, is ever going to let this happen. Because if they make a previous president testified and they’re just opening the door for someone to do it to them later. That’s why Bush was never going to investigate Clinton’s misdeeds. And Obama was never going to investigate bushes. Their respective voters might have wanted them to, but it just wasn’t in their interest.
