And he’ll probably drop it after he’s re-elected because it’s too expensive, the virus is under control, it’s not effective, etc., etc. He’s making sure he’s controlling the narrative, funding, outcome, etc.
I rather doubt it. Perhaps multiple vaccines will be developed and Trump will likely take some of the credit for them. It’s important for all that to happen before next winter and Trump knows it.
