Some stores that could have reopened here in Florida have not. I’m not sure why. Corporate lawyers I suppose.

Or perhaps the business owner has made the individual choice not to because they wish to prioritize slowing the spread of the virus over their profits.

Or perhaps there are not enough people choosing to go out to justify opening.

This is all about freedom, right? So, the business owner has the freedom to choose not to open.

Likely liability fears.

Something Congress could and should have dealt with months ago.

They either can’t get their workers to come in, are already bankrupt, or can’t afford payroll till people come out like before

Maybe they're trying to get sanitizing supplies and masks. It was maybe a week ago that the CEO of Kroger thanked the Secretary of Agriculture for helping him get PPE for his workers.

They may have staffing or cash flow issues too.
