By the time Trump is done, every liberal will have a PhD in Federalism and be demanding states rights.
Actually, President Trump actually DOES have this authority. Since a lockdown in any one state likely has an effect on other states, it falls under interstate commerce and Wickard v. Filburn applies.
What he has done by his statement is have the media itself reinforce the fact the States Governors ARE in fact responsible for ending or extending the lockdown.
