Move for recusal. When it’s denied, appeal all of Sullivan’s ridiculous rulings, including the recusal refusal. Slam. Dunk.
Levin on air now suggesting a writ of prohibition rather than a writ of mandamus. I’m not clear on the difference. Says he’s mentioning it for the awareness of the folks at DOJ office of legal counsel.

To be a U.S. District Court JUDGE, and to be that OWNED is pathetic.
That would send a stronger message than tying up the courts in frivolous hearings. Jail his ass or remove him
Sullivan is a high criminal and DC is allowing high crime to operate every single day.
This is beyond belief that DC is so perverted to have a _judge_ like this. Nobody does a thing about it in DC.
DC has become the enemy of We-The-People.
Anyhow the rumor is Flynn is going to replace Wray for FBI director - that'd be awesome.
Pray for the safety of Gen Michael Flynn.
The trouble with that is, this could play out for years.
