Democrat Bob Conley, actually a Ron Paul Republican, once gave Lindsay a good test (2008). IIRC Graham was telling folks that Conley was too conservative.

Tucker took him to the woodshed earlier this week when he was on his show. Tucker was very polite and used a tone of genuine curiosity in his questioning, but basically tried to pin Gowdy down on why he never contradicted all the lies and commentary leaking out over the 3 years of the Russian investigation. Gowdy knew it was all false since he was privy to the same info as scumm like Schitt and the rest of the intel leakers. You could see Gowdy was very uneasy and squirming with the questioning. He basically ended up deflecting and spinning his way out of it.
It’s a very good topic of questioning and Rush brought it up as well. I really never thought about it until now, but it definitely dropped Gowdy down a lot of notches on my respect meter.
Had some folks on here fooled as well...but then again - so does Hannity. I remember all the dust that got kicked up with his questions regarding military tribunals...making folks think Linda really believed (or wanted) that to happen.
Again - THEATRE for the sheep is what he is good at. Nothing more - NOTHING LESS. That is what Gowdy is good at too...and Hannity with all his BOOMS. Yet people still keep trying to kick the football and will continue to do so until Trump is out of office in 2021 or 2025 and reality smacks them in the face.

Most people don’t want to get out of their comfort zone, don’t want to take a chance on the unknown. Lots of people simply don’t have the motivation to dig into the issues.

A great idea. Ever wonder why we South Carolinians haven’t done this already? Here’s the sorry story:
We have lots of good, strong Conservatives in South Carolina that would be light years better than linda in the Senate.
South Carolina having open primaries is the problem. During the primaries, several people, some much better than linda, will run opposing linda. But on primary voting day, because it’s an open primary, the RATS cross over in droves and vote for linda. linda wins the primary and, since SC is a strong red state, goes on to win the election.
The SC legislature is beginning to grow some balls and is making noise about closing the primaries.
Can’t happen soon enough for me and lots of other Republican voters. But until the law is changed, linda has a job for life and she knows it.
Feel free to share these reasons with others who share your opinions.
If you’re sure somebody else could win the general election, okay, but there’s a good chance the Democrats could take back the Senate and it would be awful if some stupid primary challenge gave them the opportunity.
