The Mark of the Beast will be such that if a person takes it, they will be clearly in league with Satan. This is not it. It may be a precursor, but this is not it.
I did see the HR bill number, and I bet Satanists chose that number. There are many of them in Congress.

Mark of the Beast. I will not be taking the mark of the beast. If that means death via starvation or beheading, sobeit. A half century of life will have been a pretty good run, but I hope to live long enough to NOT vote for whomever enacted this monstrosity.
