First - that was NOT my question. And second - it has stimulus money in it. It has $1 trillion in relief for state and local governments. It has a second round of direct payments of $1,200 per person, and up to $6,000 for a household. It has an extension of the $600 per week federal unemployment insurance benefit through January
So - if President Trump called the FIRST thing "stimulus" - then you would have to call some of THIS stimulus - perhaps not ALL of it stimulus - but some of it -
WHICH IS MY POINT...so stop skirting around the freaking question and the point. Will Trump sign a FORM of stimulus that has SOME of this in it - YES OR NO?

That's called bailouts for states that are deliberately destroying their economies with economy ruining lockdowns with the sole intention of defeating Trump in November. Not gonna happen.
Whitmer, Wolf, Cuomo et al can always open up their economies and generate tax revenues. They want to stay locked down till November? Let them deal with the blowback from their own angry citizenry.
