Look what we’ve become as a society -— we lock up Women who want to feed their children by opening their hair salons and 77 year old barbers who just want to make a living, and then, we let felons and criminals out of jail for fear that they will contract Covid-19 in jail !!

Exactly. In fact the sheriff intends to enforce nothing and a judge has likewise ruled. The license is beneath meaningless here, not ‘heartbreaking.’
