This clearly exceeds the role of the Judge as impartial referee; the Judge is clearly partisan and has taken sides. This needs to go to the Court of Appeals for removal and for sanctions on the judge.
I would have thought that once the charges were dropped that there would be no basis for any verdict, even a guilty plea and the judge would have no say in the matter.
