Things like this are not immediately appealable. Oh, I believe it is. Powell is extremely competent. I suspect she will file to have him removed at best, smacked down at the least.
I wouldn't bet against Barr and Powell.

I wish him well, but he really has a tough road ahead of him. He'll do just fine. Remember, it's not just a question of prosecutorial misconduct. His prior counsel was not only incompetent, they were unethical.
And to recall a line from a prior political lynching, Powell is not a potted plant. Neither is Barr.
Sullivan seems to be dragging out the process, but that's the limit of his power.

He signed this document UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY. ...with underlying misconduct by his counsel.

Is it necessary to be a licensed attorney to sit as a judge?

It’s a game to some of them. There are prosecutors that pulled all kinds of dirty tricks just to win convictions and death penalties, just to further their career. They are supposedly immune from being held accountable. Even the few lucky convicts that had their convictions overturned, prosecutors will not admit wrongdoing.
This is not justice. When I was a kid I learned that in this country it is better to let a guilty man go free than to falsely convict an innocent man.

Appeal. DOJ comes in and drops the case on appeal, and Judge Sullivan is defeated.
