Quite possibly. The last numbers I saw had Garcia with 56% of the vote with 96% of precincts reporting.

Results from LA and Ventura show Garcia with 56% and the other contestant with 43% Hard to cheat that one but they still have the “found” boxes of ballots waiting someplace.
