Excellent question. Left the talking points seems to be wait till we have a cure or a vaccine in many of these cases. None of them have ever talked about how effective it must be before we can reopen. Since most of their policies, if not all of them, Are About feeling good, I suspect that if they came out with a vaccine that had a 2% success rate the left would say see all we have to do is wait and now everything and re-open
