Did Barr decide to release now because of Judge Sullivan?

“Barr said, the documents belong to the DNI, and it’s up to him to release them, which he has just done.”
So it looks like DNI released, with Barr’s go-ahead.
I, too, was wondering if Judge Sullivan’s shenanigans with amicus curiae briefs might have triggered the release today. Some patriots, i.e., Grenell, have had enough of this crap. Nip it!
