Flynn’s liberty isn’t restrained in any way, I don’t think.

I suspect he doesn’t feel free to speak his mind for as long as he’s subject to King Sullivan’s venom, but he’s free to move about.

I meant Freedom in terms of dismissing his case, not physical or his
ability to speak.
