Well it sure looks like he stole a hammer from the house he was burglarizing, unless he had it on him before it all stated. Civilians following a suspect happens all the time, this has led to allot of apprehensions. As far as I’m concerned nobody would have gotten killed had the suspect not attacked an armed man. The suspect was the only dumbass in this case.
I guess. I guess we’ll see what the jury decides since they get all the information. I hate the speculation that we get.
