Look closer. It shows the video focusing on the hammer that was dropped on the pavement. The video guy is trying to make sure he captures the hammer lying on the road as he drives up to it.
I’ve said from the start that that hammer could be a key piece of evidence.
Are you saying that he stole a hammer and that’s why they killed him? I don’t understand why they needed to be involved. They called 911. That was the end of their responsibility. Quite frankly the two of them are dumb.
Problem being that in the video the victim is running on the left side of the street, the hammer is in the right lane, and there is no film that he threw it.
There is also the inconvenient fact that the owner of the construction site says nothing was taken - Link.
