Has a mighty swing of the political pendulum finally come in California? Has political sleaze finally flipped a Democrat stronghold? Have the blue-state lockdown orders finally snapped voters to their senses?
Sure looks like it - a red shockwave, as Breitbart News put it. Former Navy fighter pilot Mike Garcia, a Republican endorsed by President Trump, looks set for a huge upset win in California's special election for House District 25. At last count, he had a 12 percentage point margin of victory.
According to the Ventura County Star:
Republican Mike Garcia assumed a commanding lead over Democrat Christy Smith in a nationally watched special election Tuesday for a 25th Congressional District both parties see as their turf.
As of midnight, with more than 142,000 votes counted in an election conducted almost totally by mail because of COVID-19, Garcia held 56% of the vote. Smith had 44% and trailed by more than 17,000 votes.
That's in the race for the congressional seat vacated by scandal-ridden Democrat Katie Hill, who resigned in disgrace after introducing us all to the word 'throuple,' and getting herself under investigation for an affair with a young intern and a political operative, strictly forbidden by Congress's own laws. She also treated us to naked pictures of her tattooed self smoking a bong which surfaced on the Internet, something she said was the work of an embittered ex-husband. Seems that being that third man in the throuple is tough. The Democrat went out with a proud red dress, casting her last vote for President Trump's impeachment, and has since been ignored by other congressmembers ever since, despite her insistence that she still matters.

The rats harvested 250,000 votes in Orange County alone in 2018. And no court challenge, no investigation, nothing but the installation of Pelosi. 17,000 votes, shoot, thats too easy.
When the Left wants something, we are told about it non-stop. Its all over media, entertainment, constant political and academic debate. The non-stop propaganda from all sides always eventually wears down opposition.
I know we dont control above important parts of society, but why cant conservatives nonetheless make opposing fraudulent voting systems a long-term project?
So he will be seated just before the next election?
Trump is congratulating him so I presume that means he leads by a wide enough margin that enough ballots can’t be credibly harvested.
CA-48 is NEXT! Please FREEPERS watch, encourage, support MICHELLE STEEL to take back a similar seat as CA-25 in ORANGE COUNTY, CA! That seat was bought by BLOOBERG for Harley Rouda.....
Probably a dumb question but if ballot harvesting is legal, cant we do it also?
RE: Probably a dumb question but if ballot harvesting is legal, cant we do it also?
Of course. It works both ways.
BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE LEGAL.
Fraud committed by either party should not be acceptable.
Wait until you see the numbers “harvested” from the Nursing Homes and Homeless Shelters.
Poor Mike Garcia, he thinks he actually won the election.
Paging Al Franken...
I’m so cynical, I’d suggest that 1) the Dems knew this was a lost cause, so let it ride; 2) they want to “demonstrate” that mail-in voting is real swell, with no cheating; 3) they knew that being out harvesting ballots in the present climate would be too obvious and might lead to reporting.
But in November, look out.
The Demonic ballot harvesters may be stuck in lockdown—this time.
By November they will be free in the wild.

Democratic gain from Republican |
I dont know about a democratic stronghold. We had the seat from 1994-2018. Lost it in 2018 and got it back in a special election 18 months later. The two run again in November. Hopefully we keep it. Good win though regardless.
“Probably a dumb question but if ballot harvesting is legal, cant we do it also?”
There will probably be no ballot harvesting, or ballot box stuffing by the Democrats-this time. Republicans are more likely to let down their guard for the November election, if there is no apparent fraud in these special elections. The Democrats still maintain their majority in the House, which is all that matters. The real shenanigans begin in the Fall, and I am afraid they will be nationwide.
We pray you are correct, but check back in three days to see if the Republican still leads in the California special congressional election.
How about a “not gonna happen”?
Yeah....on Mars maybe. This happens to be the earth.
You’d be surprised what can be done about it. This is 2020, not 2018.
This race is over. The three days, one month makes no difference. The Dems lost.
You have to go to the playbook.
If a Democrat wins, it is a bell weather notice, if a Republican wins it is an anomaly.
