He then initiated a confrontation with another party about parking in a handicap parking space. Resulting with him shooting the other party who happened to be unarmed. He claimed self defense and that he was covered under Florida's,"Stand your Ground Law". His problem was that The State Attorney disagreed with him. The Jury disagreed with him. And the Judge disagreed with him. He will be "Standing Hid Ground" in a Florida Prison for the next 30 years. Less 15%.
