Calm down, the only prosecutable felonies which are iron clad are these unmaskings beyond the bounds of the law. They are where they need be, in the hands of the DOJ. Line them up and knock them down but in a domino order. The flynn set up thing they can lie there way around that and remember it has to be proved beyond reasonable doubt in a district where even getting a conviction for murder would be hard to get against a dem holding a smoking gun over the dead person. Meanwhile, sullivan has not yet signed that dismissal which is firing me up more than this.

Didn't see anything in my post that would indicate I needed to calm down...perhaps you're more emotional about it than I am.

I agree that the DOJ seems to have a good handle on what they are doping - it's why I offered a possible reason for withholding the list - some of the folks on it may be under investigation for some of them "Ironclad felonies" you mention.

I also would like for Sullivan to finalize the deal...It took the DOJ a while to get to their conclusion and he's been controversial for quite a while, so it will be interesting to see if he finally concurs or decides to kiss the Schiff/Obama/Comey/Mueller/Stzrok/Paige rings...no sense being fired up...yet.
