And part 2 to this— how utterly foolish was the 25 year old to come at a loaded shotgun and try to wrestle it away (not unlike the Ferguson idiot who wrestled away a police officers weapon, such that the officer shot him...dead. Which is—in both of these instances....not murder— but self defense.
