If they get offered their job back, they lose the unemployment benefit whether they take the job or not. That’s the way that works.

Seeing A LOT of that here. Almost everyone here think you can sit on ass forever on unemployment. Doesn’t work like that. You’re not only obligated to look for work, but once you’re offered a job you lose all unemployment going forward whether you take the job or not.

Not if you’re over 65 or have an underlying issue. Tons where my wife works, (went back 3 weeks ago), are still drawing the $600. The program is supposed to work as you say, but there are ways around it. Fake medical prognosis’ too.
