I sent Rand my list of questions to ask him. I hope they don't hit File 13 because I don't live in Kentucky.

1) You recently gave an interview where you said that it was okay for people to hook-up for anonymous sex on the Tinder app "if they were willing to accept some risk". Why do you find it okay for Americans to accept some risk to have anonymous sex, but not to go to work, attend church, or go to a sporting event?

2) As an infectious disease expert are you generally endorse the idea of people having anonymous sex?

3) You have been spearheading the drive to produce an AIDS vaccine for over three decades, without success. What makes you so cock-sure that you will have a vaccine for COVID-19 in 18 months or less?

4) Have you publicly disclosed any personal financial stake you may have in companies that are pursuing COVID-19 treatments or vaccines? If not are you willing to do so?

5) Explain your decision to fund the Wuhan virus research lab. Since you obviously had some relationship with them when it comes to COVID-19, precisely what did you know, and when did you know it?

6) You have been adamant in public statements that this virus is naturally occurring and not genetically engineered from that lab. Given the fact that you were funding it how can the American people have any confidence that you are not conflicted on this issue?
