Crime that can get you in deep trouble, yes.
You go through their construction area when they are not there with out their knowledge or permission and anything turns up missing it will be blamed on you.
Don't know why it seems the concept of "private property stay off" seems to elude some people.

Key point. According to the Attorney, the homeowners dont even know the McMichaels. Therefore, they (the McMichaels) have no idea who is and who is not authorized to be on the property.
Keyer point. Whether the McMichaels did, or did not, know as fact whether Arbery was authorized on the property, Arbery's impression of Jesse Owens when leaving the property may have justified their reasonable and probable suspicion that he was not so authorized.
The Georgia law appears written to permit someone to act upon a suspicion.
