I don't think that will fly...people think of anyone born in the US as a natural born citizen even if lawyers may disagree. The Republicans won't use that argument against a black woman (who is of slightly more African descent than Elizabeth Warren is of Cherokee descent).

My served in the US Marine Corps in WWII and earned a Silver Star, a Bronze Star, and two Purple Hearts. He was born in the US but his parents were then recent immigrants who did not become US citizens until later. So you are saying he would not have been eligible to be Vice President...not that he ever wanted to hold a political office.
