Military tribunal for treason?
I’m no lawyer, but that would be a bit of a stretch. Yes, Obama was Commander-in-Chief, but would that make him a subject of a military tribunal? Secondly, treason is defined in the Constitution—making war against the U.S. and/or giving aid and comfort to its enemies. The U.S. hasn’t been at war with any nation since 1945.
