F the NY Slime Times editors. They don’t mention that Flynn was never advised of his rights, that the investigators did not think he lied, that 302 forms were altered, that Obama hated him and wanted him taken out, that he spent millions defending himself and was near bankruptcy, that they threatened to go after his son. What the hell was the big lie? Why wasn’t Holder, Clapper, Rice and all ever charged with lying to Congress? The Flynn case illustrates that our judicial system is equal to a banana republic. Kudos to Barr for trying to fix it.

I looked at the available facts and wrote it myself. I have represented people who sued for malicious prosecution.
He supposedly lied in an interview with Peter Strzok. Who was since fired by the FBI. The case was managed by McCabe who was fired by the FBI for lying.
Remember, if the judge merely allowed the guilty plea to be withdrawn then Flynn’s accusers were a bunch of fired liars.
Even in DC that’s gonna be a losing case.
The other alternative was that the judge was gonna throw out the whole case.
If I were the judge I would reject the DOJ request, and rule YES on Sunday’s request to dismiss. And let the DoJ have it between the eyes.
This case isn’t being dismissed because you DoJ hacks asked for it to be, it’s being closed because the defense PROVED you lied. If it’s possible to assess the Government pay Flynn”s attorney fees; he should.
The alleged lie is that he denied discussing sanctions with Kislyak but he didn't do that either. He said he didn't remember whether he discussed sanctions. That's part of the scandal. The 302 form was altered, changing his statement to a flat denial of discussing sanctions. That came out just recently. These people are pathological liars.
I wonder if the op-ed writer would admit to a crime if a gun was held to his head.

That woud make it even better ffor a possible Flynn civil RICO law suit against the perpetrators for tortious Malicious Prosecution and abuse of power.
Ruin the perpetrators financially....including Obungo himself.
