Having no one to rely on does not mean he isn’t a monumental twit as well as his staff.
Cuomo was smart enough to make sure families can’t sue.

When the top leaders Cuomo and DeBlasio are incompetent it naturally follows that subordinates down to the lowest rung on the ladder are also incompetent.
Incompetent management in any organization can be hidden from view when the economy is humming along. But, introduce a sudden hiccup in the economy and bad management practices come to light very quickly.
Actual question: But is that new with him or an extension of something already in place?
It’s almost a shame Cuomo doesn’t have pointy hair like Management in Dilbert.
Good news, I hope it progresses to a full blown investigation and a resignation. Because we all know these scumbags made sure they are not liable for thier decisions. Hopefully down the line he can be civily sued
The protection for nursing hones from both civil and criminal liability is new and was done in the new state budget.
I’d be interested to know if any other state in the union has done something similar.
I’ll bet Albany did it because discovery is the last thing Albany wants.
There may be a special exemption if the officials being sued are Republican; but, yeah, the seriousness of the charges is something Democrats protect themselves from.
“Evil” was my strong impression the first time I looked at a closeup of Cuomo’s face.
I sincerely hope that a majority of voters experience the same. Lord help us if this criminal ever makes it to the White House.
