Yesterday I went out to buy zinc. I tried to get zinc sulfate which is what Dr. Zelenko was using, but only found zinc chelate, zinc citrate, and a mix with zinc citrate, picolinate, and several others. All were 50 mg. One said a little over 300% daily requirement, another said well over 400% daily requirement. Don’t know if they were using the same DR as they were different brands. Anyone know how these compare with zinc sulfate just in case I have to try to meet Dr. Zelenko’s 220mg./day dose?
It is going to have to be a online order, few stores carry that mg.
