Note in the statement they state China confirmed human to human transmission on January 20.
That’s way late! Taiwan had told the WHO in December that it was communicable.
Earlier WHO pretended that saying it was communicable occurred well before Jan. 20.

They may try. Pres. Trump is already talking about bringing back essential products. He actually talked about it on the campaign trail way back.
