Whew! I read the post and took it to mean Derschowitz talked Flynn into pleading guilty, but I see “by” meant that Derschowitz wrote the article cited. Color me relieved.
LOL. Dershowitz is everywhere. Let’s hope Judge Sullivan doesn’t play politics given Obama’s signal that DOJ is undermining the rule of law by dismissing the case.
