The only “charge” dropped against McCabe thus far was his lying & lack of candor to the IG.
I have the utmost confidence that Barr has a lot more fun charges coming this coward’s way.
The charges they dropped against McCabe were related to leaks that emanated from the justice department. My understanding is that it would have been difficult to prosecute him for leaks in Washington DC which is the leaking capital of the world. They also knew that there was more coming down the pike and their opportunity to prosecute McCabe would come up again.
