I'm not sure exactly how the Federal courts system works but I've heard Joe DiGenova say that if any of these punks are brought to trial in a DC court there's no way they'll be convicted.

This statement makes sense to me given that DC went 90% for Chappaqua's Queen of Pantsuits.

I wonder if they are charged with “ treason” if there is another way to prosecute them instead of a DC swamp court.

Which is probably one of the main reasons why Flynn plead guilty: He knew if he went to trial the jury would convict him before lunch on all counts and then some, which would have resulted in a lengthy prison sentence.

Given the severity of the charges which include sedition and treason against the duly elected President,
would a military tribunal be appropriate in this case ?
I agree that the political demographics of Washington, D.C., it is unlikely to finding a fair jury for trial.
A move of trial venue to another location would seem to be appropriate.
