Judge Sullivan will go ahead with sentencing...you can bet on it. Flynn will probably get some time just because the judge will be po’d.
If Sullivan sentences Flynn, Trump will immediately issue a pardon.
Sullivan will not go ahead with sentencing. He wants this case off is docket ASAP. May even sign the order dismissing the case in chambers to avoid having to face Sidney Powell and LTG Flynn.
The 20 page motion is so compelling, Sullivan has no other option.
