In Russia these have possibly been provided since the days of Stalin, if not before. Had Clinton won in ‘16 we might have them here too by now.

Well, first your head needs to break the half inch glass on the way out. Then, depending on how hard you are being thrown...you have to go out ten feet in order to clear the bushes and hit the sidewalk.

Every Russian hospital I’ve ever been in have windows that open. This isn’t unusual at all.
