Why in 2017 is the evidence in the form of handwritten notes taken by an agent, rather than a recording? The person being interviewed has no chance if the FBI is out to get him or her.

I get tired of Sean's constant refrain that it's only the top 1% of the FBI that is bad. I'd like to think that the majority of the people in the FBI are good people but I'd like some evidence for that.

It doesn’t matter what the percentage is, does it? Choosing to use an antiquated system when more modern methods can be used leaves the door open to abuse.

Where are the whistle blowers? There aren’t any. That tells you the 1% lie it’s just that: bullshit.

I would like Trump to change the rules, such that the FBI MUST record all interviews, MUST retain all such interviews forever, and MUST immediately after the interview furnish the interviewee's attorney with a digitally signed, certified copy.

And that without video footage, that all 302 reports are inadmissible hearsay.

You answered your question.

FBI rules prevent any recording of FBI interviews. The FBI needs to permanently disbanded.

Yep, it’s 100% corrupt.
