He's the one who triggered the Special Counsel and Mueller's investigation with his leaks to the press. He's the one who met with Mueller shortly after Mueller was appointed Special Counsel. Mueller's investigation has been castrated, and determined illegal based on the underhanded actions of the prosecutors in the case, and the initial actions of the FBI. He's definitely responsible for all that has happened, along with the rest of the perps at the FBI and DOJ who helped push everything along. I pray every day that justice will prevail.
