Agreed. Furthermore, he knows where a lot of bodies are buried. He’s virtually untouchable, and he knows it. This tweet is about tweaking conservatives.

The last thing Comey needs is a trial. You may think it’s a slam dunk to skate but NEVER leave anything to chance. It’s best not to even have a trial much less a grand jury.
I doubt it would even come to that. They'd be lucky to find an unbiased jury in any area where a federal trial would be held.

His civil liability may be enormous. Hundreds if not thousands of Americans had their e-mails and papers rifled through.
But the evidence is there so he should be invited, Justice for him is liquidation like Flynn was, irrespective of the jury.

In a discussion with friends last night, someone thought that since this is a Federal case, the venue might not necessarily be in DC — perhaps in the state where Durham is doing his investigation. I think that’s in New England somewhere. Colorado was mentioned, too. Our friend gave a reason, but I don’t recall what it is.
