In San Francisco, restaurants are taking down the plywood covering the windows and doors. Even more interesting was a poster in my local sandwich shop from the SF Dept. of Public Health stating that “after July 1, 2020 bags will cost the consumer 10¢”. Back to recycled bags! So clearly, the decision has been made to open up in the very near future. Not soon enough.
