I’m seeing a lot of stuff on Twitter right now saying the judge can refuse the DOJ’s dropped charges. Can anyone comment on what that means or if that is true?

Judge Sullivan has to signed off on it but the DOJ present good grounds on why it should be dropped. Even if Flynn lied, which he didn’t he was coerced to do so, it’s still not material to any investigation or crime being committed. The new documents show that the case against Flynn was being closed for lack of evidence of Flynn colluding with the RUSSIANS or any crime for that . There was no reason to conduct that interview with Flynn
