Umm that is just not true. The FBI said Flynn told the truth.

If that were true, there would never be a case.
The Justice Department said Flynn’s FBI interview was “untethered and unrelated” to a fraud counter-intelligence operation against him.
That is why DOJ is dropping the charges.
