Order of dismissal with prejudice has been sent to Sullivan. He has to sign it.
Thanks for the update. Hopefully the Judge will let himself off easily, and sign the thing, and he can go sulk in the corner and contemplate how he was played for a fool by the same legal system he represents.

Dismissed with prejudice means they can’t reopen the case against him.
