If this case had respolved in the typical way, with DOJ deciding to drop it (assume gulity plea withdrawn) on burden of proof, both sides would persist in the old narratives. Flynn would still be guilty, not tried, and Flynn would be innocent.
This move cuts that off. This move kicks Team Mueller and the FBI team that framed Flynn, out into the cold. DOJ is disowning Mueller. I believe this is the first time in histoiry that a SC has been exposed as corrupt.
SC????
I think you're absolutely right. Mueller needs to be held accountable for everything that happened under his watch. He was just the figurehead, but he allowed all this stuff to go on under his nose, and whether he knew about it, or not, the fact that it went on shows he was complicit, because he appointed these people...and put his signature on the paperwork that approved it all. Even the final report...that he didn't even write has his signature on it. Let the chips fall where they may. I don't care if he is an old fart. He still played a part in it all, and got paid well for his services. I'd still like to know how many times he and Comey communicated during the whole investigation. We know Comey met with him just after he was named as Special Counsel. What did they talk about, and how many more conversations did they have over those years, and how much did Comey's input influence the investigation?
