This crap is now a part our yearly training. There was not a peep about religious tolerance, political tolerance, only this. There was also a dumb section on microaggressions. How does such a small crazy ass group as transsexual genital mutilators get so much sway in the corporate world. Even in companies that are largely ran by Republicans?

It was already becoming absurd before I retired in 2011. I wouldn’t survive in corp America today. Mainly because now it’s not enough to “accept” their different. It needs to be celebrated.

Because the leftist bastards are always on offense. Always.
When they get what want they just move the line and attack again.

People who take hard content classes in college such as business and science work in line operations. People who took soft content classes in gender studies, etc work in staff positions in HR, PR and the executive suite supporting the top executives.

“How does such a small crazy ass group as transsexual genital mutilators get so much sway in the corporate world?”

I’m guessing that a lot of it has to do with our educational system.

And the situation is such that if you openly complain about this nonsense you risk being fired because no where do they talk about protecting matters of conscience, religion, or political expression except for lgbt. Effectively lgbt have vastly more rights and power in the workplace than any other group.

I once knew a Balt - a WWII survivor. He had lived under Nazi occupation & Soviet occupation. He was asked to compare the two. He said both were soul crushing horrible. Nazi occupation, as long as you did what you were told kept your head down you could survive. You weren’t expected expected to like it. However with Soviet occupation you were forced to believe it was good for you & publicly express that thought.

Welcome to Soviet occupation!

Too many traitorous Demonicrats, RINOcrats, and Deep State judges in the U.S. work for the perversion and destruction of the United States.

If you can’t ask “what is your REAL name” ask “what is your LEGAL name”?

I’d say the same of immigrants who proclaim “dual nationality”. Not how it works. You are to surrender your foreign allegiance and passport when you become a US citizen.

Homofascism IS political and the rainbow flag is an activist banner draped over conquered territory.

It is also decidedly anti-Christian.

Not every homosexual is but every homofascist is. Those pushing the agenda have a number of targets and organized religion is one of them. They will say the ugliest things about Christians and never get called out for their bigotry and religious intolerance.

Republican but not conservative. Many “conservative” corporate board members were in the vanguard of the homosexual movement (Dick Cheney, Laura Bush types). This is the next step.

People who took Leftist activist courses took over seats of power in HR and the board of directors.

Another thing is we get disgusted by the PC crap in the TV ads. The ad agencies are infested with gays and radical feminists now. When they present the ads to company boards for approval no one in the room has the stones to object to the BS lest they be shamed and be called a neanderthal.

Homofascists ousted the founder and CEO of Mozilla because he donated his own money to the popularly approved Prop 8 marriage ballot initiative in California.

If they can oust him for donating to it, they can oust anyone who VOTED for it.

And the donor names were illegally leaked by someone in the IRS.

Public positions, private giving: Dark money and political donors in the Digital Age
Stan Oklobdzija

bstract
Dark money—campaign funds raised by 501(c)(4) designated non-profit corporations whose donors are exempt from disclosure—has become an increasingly large fraction of outside spending in American elections at both the state and the federal level. This paper makes use of the only publicly available donor list for a dark money group in existence today—that of “Americans for Job Security,” who contributed $11 million to two conservative-leaning ballot initiative campaigns in California during the 2012 elections. In comparing the ideological scores of donors of this dark money group to traditional donors to the two conservative propositions, I find a strong liberal tilt of donors to Americans for Job Security—indicating a social pressures motivation behind concealing one’s donation via a dark money group. These results also show disclosure laws have an effect on a donor’s calculus to contribute to a political cause...

...At issue is that with the popularization of the internet, information about who gave money to a campaign has never been easier to access and disseminate. These advances in transparency may dissuade some donors from supporting a candidate or initiative because of the backlash they may find themselves subject to. For instance, donors to California’s Proposition 8, a same-sex marriage ban on the 2008 general election ballot that was ultimately successful, are an often-cited example of donors facing real economic consequences for their political giving. According to Johnson et al. (2010):

An enterprising and anonymous programmer mashed up the names and geographic locations of the donors with Google maps, producing www.eightmaps.com, a site where any visitor could see who in what neighborhoods contributed to the campaign. As a result many individual supporters were targeted with insults, threats and boycotts...

It has not hit all of the engineering companies yet. It has hit some though, where even having a technical disagreement with a person of certain protected classes can be fatal to one’s career.
Someone on this thread mentioned those who majored in”soft studies “. These are the ones who become the zampolits.
