Maybe a little, but there have been others (Dem nominees) who have sailed through. His is not so thin that every single Dem vote against him.

I like how McConnell is maintaining discipline and filling the courts with more conservative Judges! At least on this we are not rolling over!

Horsehockey. When Kagan can be confirmed to the Supreme Court with VASTLY less experience - indeed no judicial experience - than him, don’t tell me his resume is thin for a nomination to the Circuit Court.

He was a leak for Kavanagh when he was a Circuit Court Judgd and then clerked for a SCOTUS Justice.
