Poor cop, (I’m sure the trespassing perp is no angel and is probably known to the PD), but this cop is just trying to practice his social distancing, and was likely pissed that his AM donut/coffee/steroid break was interrupted by this guy on the wrongs side of the fence.
Time to “serve and Protect” with some punchy-face city-tyrant show.
He may have found out his wife is sleeping with another woman or something upsetting like that. Who knows?
