At some point, Roe is going to be seen as equivalent ot Dredd Scott. It’s an embarrassing court decision. Really bad.
Dredd Scott, of course, was obsoleted by Constitutional Amendment, rather than being overturned by a later court decision. But the fact is that Dredd Scott was awful law and so is Roe v Wade.
any decision using “penumbras and emanations” needs to be overturned.
I believe there are one or two cases that could impact the constitutionality of Roe before the court right now, due for rulings in June. That could certainly be his opportunity.
The court ruled slavery legal for a long time.
Imagine, Judge Kavanaugh, just how many people have never walked this earth because of that one legal decision.

Right now I think the only two justices who would vote to overturn are Kavanaugh and Thomas. The rest consider it settled law.
