In the operation of the exeutive branch and only to those under him in the executive branch. Why bother to have a constitution then say that the guy at the top can just make up any shit he wants?

Without “Just” accountability, it won’t change, it’ll only get worse. For example- Why can’t we be told what’s classified as an essential business and what isn’t, and why? Who’s given “or bestowed” the power to make that decision? Shouldn’t that be the citizens choice to attend, shop or stay home? But alas, it isn’t... or is it? Collectively, we let them do this to us, out of fear, because people became sheeple.
